Warsaw’s hotels have, in the past, proved a breeding ground for chefs. As hard as they try, though, never have they felt edgy or innovative: at least, not until now. The long-awaited launch of the Raffles Euroejski hasn’t just introduced a new level of luxury to the domestic hotel scene, but also a spread of F&B options that aim to attract more than just passing guests and one-off curiosity seekers. Set inside stunning interiors, the Europejski Grill offers a bold contemporary menu designed by executive chef Benat Alonso and executed by upcoming star Witek Iwanski: thus far, those that have visited have left full of praise. Full review coming soon.
