Supperlardo Supperlardo

From the makers of Mąka i Woda comes Supperlardo, a side project that thrusts the world of cured meat to the fore. Largely relying on meat from Puławska and Mangalica pigs, the menu is a riotously meaty romp that involves wood-fired hams, and sandwiches composed of pork belly pastrami or deep-fried chicken thigh. Notable for baking their own eco-minded bread, the addition of Supperlardo is further evidence of Chmielna’s courtyard renaissance – if there’s a downside, that’s their tight opening hours.
